Warrington Martin undertook quantity surveying and Employer's Agent services for the first Phase of development comprising a 15,000 ft2 industrial unit with testing facilities, welding and blast rooms and welfare accommodation. We were subsequently appointed direct by the end-user, MSE Hiller, to provide quantity surveying services for the second Phase, being a two storey extension consisting of high specification, fully fitted-out office space.
