Currently under construction, this project involves the refurbishment of an existing industrial unit together with a new extension to provide a total of 35,000 sq. ft. for our client to open a new food production facility in line with all the relevant regulations. The completed building will include a mezzanine floor of offices together with ground floor product research & development facilities
