The scheme will provide 10nr “Manhattan Loft” style apartments in a 5-storey Victorian former warehouse/office building. The project sits in a conservation area and includes for full restoration of the existing sash windows together with waterproofing the existing basement to gain full use of the entire accommodation. Stone façade repairs are also required, and many of the existing features such as timber beams and cast iron columns will be retained and enhanced to add to the character of the building.
