Warrington Martin has recently concluded its involvement in project managing and providing cost consultancy services for the transformation of an existing building into a new Eye Hospital and Endoscopy Centre in Warrington, commissioned by CHEC. The completion of this project signifies a notable advancement further advance of CHEC facilities within the region.
Collaborating closely with CHEC, Warrington Martin effectively navigated the challenges inherent in repurposing an existing office building, ensuring that the project adhered to stringent quality and efficiency standards throughout.
The refurbished Eye Hospital and Endoscopy Centre now feature modern amenities and cutting-edge medical equipment to deliver ophthalmic and endoscopic care to the community.

QUADRANT PHASE 2 STARTS AT BIRCHWOOD PARK
Construction has commenced at Birchwood Park on the large scale industrial development. Warrington Martin are acting Employer's Agent, Project Manager and Quantity surveyor on the scheme following the successful completion of Quadrant Phase 1 in 2016.

Practical Completion at Kingsley Village Retail Park
Practical completion has been achieved at Kingsley Village Retail Park with Tenants including Marks and Spencers, Boots and Mountain warehouse taking possession of their new Cornwall Stores.
Acting and Project Manager, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveyor on this £10M development, Warrington Martin faced challenges with services diversions, S278 Works and retention of existing Tenants in the 12+ month build period.
The site set across 2 levels included major retaining wall arrangements and a muliti level service yard which added to the complexity of the build.
Located just off the A30 at Fraddon the central Cornwall location will draw custom from all corners of Cornwall.
The Deveopment includes the biggest M&S store in the South West to open in a decade and it is set to create over 130 jobs in the local community.
Spanning two levels, the shop will include clothing, home and foodhall departments as well as a 125-seat cafe with an outdoor terrace.
It will also offer a Click & Collect service for online shoppers.

Due to the current Coronavirus crisis and in keeping with the advice of the Authorities, Warrington Martin remains fully operational however we have advised all staff to work from home as much as possible until further notice.
We have taken steps under our business continuity policy to ensure that all staff have the necessary resources to access files remotely and to communicate with clients and colleagues during the coming period. The measures we have taken should ensure there will be no interruptions to our services for the foreseeable future whilst also protecting our staff and others we work with.
We shall continue to pay attention to the advice coming from the Authorities, and will continue to operate in a way that is best for the continuance of our business whilst also attempting to lessen the impact of the virus.

In short, our message is we are “open for business” albeit under slightly different circumstances to the norm. We hope that things can return to normal as soon as possible.
