This 6-storey city centre office / bar-restaurant development in Manchester’s Northern Quarter is a flagship project for our clients Kamani Property Group. The project will be constructed between 2019-2020 and when completed will provide just under 18,000 sq.ft. of high-quality office space together with bar / restaurant facilities of circa 5,000 sq.ft. at basement and ground floor level. 

 
The scheme is located in a conservation area and includes an element of existing façade retention, curtain walling including Core-Ten elevational feature, high-spec internal finishes, and a BREEAM “Good” rating.
